Return and Refund Policy

At WEARANDLACE, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your World Cup Mini Soccer Ball Collection order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Any item that shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@wearandlace.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@wearandlace.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any items returned after the 30-day return window.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different style or design within our World Cup Mini Soccer Ball Collection, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email support@wearandlace.shop with your order number and the item you would like in exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
