Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. WEARANDLACE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@wearandlace.shop. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
